The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a loosely defined region in the western part of the North Atlantic Ocean, where a number of aircraft and ships are said to have disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Popular culture has attributed various disappearances to the paranormal or activity by extraterrestrial beings. Jeff Chambers has created a five-part exploration into the mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle (for your convenience, parts 1 and 2, and 4 and 5 have been combined). The score includes optional voiceovers to further enhance your story. Be sure to include visual references of the triangle in your production (drill shapes, tarps and even fabric strips used periodically). One important decision you will want to make is whether you are depicting an aircraft or ship entering the Bermuda Triangle. Be sure to be consistent with your voiceovers, props, auxiliary costumes and flags. Here is a suggested storyline from the composer: Bermuda Triangle/Flight 19 would be about the Bermuda Triangle and the mysterious disappearance of Flight 19 in the 1940s. The movements could be called: Triangle, Lift Off, Soaring, Lost and Remembrance. As with any Center X Productions show, visual concepts can be changed to fit the needs of your group. This show offers many unique musical moments and ideas that would work well with many themes or guard ideas.
